"My request was very simple today. I’ve been growing my natural nails out and they’re were long and pretty. I told the lady specifically not to file or cut my nails. I made it clear that I did not want my nails manicured because I just got them done and I like the way they were already filed. The lady disregarded my request and everything I said as if she did not understand my English and filed my natural nails in a short oval. To be honest I was disgusted and she couldn’t fix them because it was too late. They get one star for simply not LISTENING to what I requested. I should not have to pay and I will not ever be returning. Now I have to wait another two months to grow this ugly style the lady filed on my nails and all they said was sorry. Sorry won’t help me nails grow back and a sorry won’t help their employee listen."

"If you like nails that are uneven and crusty looking then this place is for you !. Do not waste time !! Book your appointment now !! . With all jokes aside this place is a joke . This place was good prior to covid . But so many good nail techs left . Julie did my nails and they came out horrible . They had me pay my bill half was through and I left her a $10.00 tip . And $5.00 for Tiffany the pedicure tech . Julie was laughing with me and having a great time till she seen the tip I left her . Then all the sudden she was awkward and unfriendly . Rushed and did a horrible and uneven job . The gel was placed as if my nails have been done a week ago and grew out already . I was very u happy with the service and a few days later my nails started to lift and gel cracked . I called the salon in all fairness to let them know and speak to the manager / owner ( which they said are not here and to go online and write an email ). I did just that and asked for Kimberly which is the owner to get back to me and I mentioned to her how upset I was after spending $300.00 . I did not request for my money back , just for them to redo the service because it’s unfair to be charged this much for something so terrible . I drove from downtown LA because I had a good experience with them prior and wanted to celebrate an event . Well it’s been a week and I still have not received an email back . Not even “ hey , we are sorry you did not like the service “. I mentioned that if she doesn’t get back to me I will write a review . Well here it is . So Kimberly , if you are reading this . Please answer your email and address your clients concerns . The salon is not cheap and the quality should be better . Also they rush you and don’t listen to you . SAVE YOUR MONEY , do not go here . They changed . Don’t go here based on the good reviews . They were written a long time ago ."
