"I had an excellent experience during my 1.5 years in this apartment. The pricing, ranging from $2,400 to $2,900, caters to various preferences, offering both remodeled luxury units and more affordable, non-remodeled ones. The management is outstanding, providing secure garage parking, surveillance cameras, and unit locks for added safety. The location is superb, conveniently situated near everything. From lease signing to moving out, the management proved efficient and responsive, addressing maintenance concerns within 24 business hours. Disregard negative reviews; my encounters were positive, and any issues were swiftly resolved. The management is understanding and ensures a safe, secure living environment. Don't be swayed by misleading low ratings; this apartment is a great value for the price. Experience it firsthand and judge for yourself."

"There are a lot of hidden issues in this apartment building. If you're thinking of renting, ask them to show you the laundry room and look inside the washer/dryer machines. The smell alone will have you thinking twice. Pull back the rubber part of the machines a bit, and I guarantee you won't want to live here. Building management can never be reached. The people that pick up the phone at the number listed are rude and unhelpful. There are issues we had from the beginning of our lease that NEVER got addressed or even responded to. Just a really poorly run place."
"They are horrible. Building is rat infested. There is no customer service! There polices are dumb. Can’t add any one to your lease or Transfer lease and went aren’t below market. Third of the building is vacant. Half the tenants are gross. Backyards nasty and just horrible way to run a building. Laundry room nasty and machines never clean"
