This 60-unit complex offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for low-income families. The ground floor features offices for the manager and social service coordinator, as well as a large community room for neighborhood use. The "Podium Level" includes public spaces exclusively for residents, such as locked mailboxes, laundry facilities, a basketball half-court, a landscaped courtyard with play areas, picnic tables, and a barbecue area. Residents can also enjoy a community room with a kitchen and a learning center equipped with computers.
