"I got a smog check at the smog center next door. Was quick and easy. Went to the auto center right after to get an oil change at 2pm. Was told all of their guys were on lunch until 3pm. Maybe I should’ve called ahead of time but kind of ridiculous for a business to have all employees go on lunch at the same time, let alone at 2pm. I didn’t really believe them because I didn’t see anyone in the auto center when I was getting my smog check at 1:30. I don’t want to leave a worse rating because I know it’s a family business and I really wanted to do it there. So maybe next time it’ll work out."
