"I've lived here for four years. I moved into my apartment because it was sunny and bright, and had a open kitchen and dining room. It's in good, clean condition and the area is quiet and safe. I live in the back half, upstairs, I'm not on the school side, so YMMV. Management has always been responsive to my requests and issues. There have been few, I think just normal apartment stuff. It's not at all fancy, but it's clean and pleasant. It's a little less expensive than some other places, the trade-offs being that one cannot have pets here, there is no central A/C or heating. But, there is a furnace and some people install window A/C units. We have dedicated parking and a laundry room with three washers and three dryers. They are able to be paid with a phone app, which is nice. I rarely have a problem finding an open washer or dryer. My neighbors are, for the most part, quiet and considerate. It's mostly families here, but the few kids aren't boisterous or problematic."

"These apartments are $1000/mo for a 1 bedroom. They neighborhood is nice. The compliments stop there. Management is ineffective and nearly non-existant (I'd say incompetent but I'm trying to be nice). The "grounds" are primarily dirt. There's no air in the units and giant, ugly heating unit in the living room (the rest of the house is cold). The appliances are old as are the fixtures and cabinets. The manager used to live in our unit and she half-assed cleaned it. There's laundry but only 3 washers and 3 dryers for the entire complex....and generally at least one of the machines is out of order. But my main gripe with this place is the noise. I've lived in some loud places but this is by far the worst. Our upstairs neighbors are so loud that I've called the police. I've told the manager several times but, as I said before, she's ineffective. The crazy thing is that she lived in this unit before us and was already aware of the noise (probably why she switched units). The rest of the noise comes from the ridiculous amount of kids. Screaming...yelling...throwing balls on my patio. Everyday. I have 3 kids and they know to play quietly because the complex is small and courtyard style...so there's really no place to play. However, there are no less than 3 parks withing walking distance (which is where I take my kids) so that's not really an excuse. If these apartments were $900 I wouldn't complain. However, because of the location, they get away withcharging $1000."
