"My husband went in to get his ends trimmed, for hair that was past his shoulders. He let her know it was ok for it to at least go right up to his shoulders and she cut off all the hair up until his ears, then gave him a lopsided bob and shaved the sides which looks like she accidentally missed and there were lines all through it.. It looked like a toddler got ahold of a pair of scissors and clippers. We had to go somewhere else to have someone fix the sides but he can’t get back the five inches of hair she took off for god knows why (which they said it was in history one of the most awful haircuts she has seen). We’ve gone here multiple times before with no issue, guess he just got the wrong person this time. Not taking a chance again though."
