"Quick, friendly, and professional. The women I interacted with were all wonderful and caring. There was no wait, even though I was a walk-in. Very thorough questions but the location I was at did not have imaging equipment. Because of my symptoms I was referred to the ER. Carbon Health made sure to send me with the proper paperwork to get in fast. Thank you Carbon Health!"

"DO NOT GO HERE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! If I could give this place zero stars I would! This place has continued to make my life stressful. I went in for an urgent care visit. They coded all of my labs as routine and preventative which caused months of issues. Not to mention, for the issue at hand, they actually mistreated me, changed my medication without giving me further information before pharmacy pickup. How did I know they mistreated me? Because the Washington State Department of health had to contact me and ask me to immediately return and be retreated, correctly this time. I ended up having to be seen by a provider while on the phone with the department of health to get the provider to accurately treat me. The cherry on top? They charged me for all of those visits and the lab results, even the additional labs I had to have as a result of their inaccurate treatment. I then had to spend the next 8 months trying to contact them to fix all of these issues. They would say they’d call me back but it felt like they were giving me the runaround very often. They said they would refund me for what I paid directly to the clinic but I never saw that happen either. Countless calls with them, the department of health, and my insurance later, I truly wish I’d just gone to a more organized urgent care, even if I had to wait longer."

"Very impressed with Carbon Health. Great online appointment scheduling. Office was spotless. Bright and cheery. Staff very friendly. The doctor I saw was very thorough and apologized for the wait which I felt was not long at all. Doctor also asked all the right questions. Took time to answer my questions. Night and day difference to the last urgent care I reviewed a few days ago. They also take walk ins too. A+"

"This place is amazing - starting from the front desk, back office and the doctor - they are all fantastic and made me feel very welcomed - the doctor was awesome she had the knack for kindness - even though toes are not her thing lol. She was supportive and said go to see the doctor at your facility and then try and get to podiatrist she was very helpful and friendly did not seem like she was in the position for the money she had a family vibe. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️"
