"A Basic Infusion Center with about 15 chairs in 2 rooms. Nurses and doctors on staff. Pacific shores medical group used to run this location. Since City of Hope bought it, rates have gone up tremendously since the buy-out and its the exact same service."
"I am very disappointed. The quality of patient care has deteriorated since City of Hope took over from Pacific Shores. The masking protocols are NOT being followed ( I had a man sitting closer than 3 feet from me with his mask down around his chin and no nurse asked him to place it properly. ) Years of appointments on the same day of the week and spaced according to doctors directives have now been scrapped and the patient has to arrive on days not appropriate to care. The nurses try, but the busy work they are required to do comes at the expense of those of us who are at medical risk. It was a beautiful operation before.... now just another assembly line..... as I said..... the nurses try..... but they are over worked with too many tasks that are not geared to the advantage of the patient."
