"I had to wait at my house all day for the Fed Ex delivery out of Santa Maria because I had to sign for it. In the afternoon I received an email saying I was not home when they attempted delivery and they would make another attempt the following day. They lied! I was home all day sitting near the front door, and I have a RING camera that would have detected and alerted me of the arrival and recorded any door bell ring, and there was no missed delivery tag on the door. I had to waste another day sitting around the house the following day, and when the driver arrived he confirmed there was no attempted delivery the previous day. Fed ex obviously failed to put the package on the truck the first day and then pretended the failed delivery was my fault. It is very aggravating wasting 2 days waiting around for a delivery! I suggest using anyone other than Fed Ex!"

"Don't rely on these lazy workers to do anything right. It literally seems that if your package isn't within throwing distance, they won't deliver to you, but instead make up EXCUSES, and still not put in any effort. These guys don't even deserve a single star"

"The drivers lie and say that the customer has requested a future delivery date instead of actually delivering the item. In this case it is live plants which need to be delivered now not later so they don't die. I was at home when this so called delivery exception occurred. 2 weeks later and they were supposed to deliver a live plant on Sunday but it was "delayed". Now it is Tuesday and supposedly it should be delivered today. It has been sitting for 2 days in the Santa Maria ground delivery complex off of Skyway. Last plant the delivery guy actually took it off the truck. What do these people do at this station I live only about a mile and a half away."

"While everyone I’ve spoken to has been very very nice, this center and their drivers do not have their act together. Our deliveries always have something wrong with them, damaged, not delivered to the right location, endless loop of trying to figure out where they are. I wish I could tell businesses shipping stuff to me to use another carrier."
