"They ruined silk/cotton shams (albeit old ones but in good condition with no stains), however they came back to me with ripped material and stains all over from the cleaning. They would not even give me a credit on the cleaning. Beware of bringing anything you value to them for cleaning. I will never use them again."
"i HIGHLY recommend Sew Sew Maria. i had my bridesmaid dress hemmed and it turned out way better than i expected, it looked so perfect! i paid $120 to have it hemmed which is more than i actually paid for the dress but it had many layers of chiffon (took an hour just to pin it) and the stitching/length it looked amazing."
"I have mixed feelings about this cleaner. I have been using them for 2 years. They tend to be decent priced and have a quick turn around time. However I have gotten two of my expensive shirts back with stains/ bleach marks (photo attached) and when I called to find out what happen I was ignored. I haven’t been back since. Hopefully they get their customer service back under order. They used to be a great cleaner. but with three others cleaners in with a five minute drive, their quality is not proving the price."
"Staff is not welcoming and actually laughed in my face at the article of clothing I came in with to clean , made me feel very uncomfortable and from a customer perspective that is unprofessional and unacceptable. Seems like staff dosn't care about the customers experience or satisfaction just the $$$"
"I have been using spot Cleaning for over 20 years and this is the first time I’ve had a problem. However problems arise but no one is doing anything to help. They cleaned a coat for me which had a belt. The belt was lost. I have tried several times to talk with them or look for the belt. No return calls. I am very frustrated and frankly done. Terrible customer service"
