He was extremely helpful, first writing a letter to formally document the dispute and request reimbursement, and then helping me to file the case with small claims court. He also helped with finding me a process server, and then provided a detailed summary packet showing the Brief Summary/Outline to concisely speak to the details of the case, as well as descriptions of the Exhibits that I submitted. Being well prepared, I won the small claims case and am very thankful for Samuel's help & guidance through this process.
