"2nd review from 6 months ago. No recycling for trash. There is no hot water for doing laundry. I thought it was just one machine but there is no hot water for any of the machines. I have seen them come to clean and they never clean the soap boxes on washers. They also put nickles in the coin machine. It has happened several times. So lowball. Ladies come in the morning and put their oily rags in the washing machines with bleach. Gross."
"Place is jam packed, even 1st thing in morning. They raised the dryer rate from a quarter for 7 min to 5 min., the washer washes for less now too. Big ones get overloaded and stop working, water all over the floor. People park in handicapped parking spot and the hash marked median in front without ADA placard. Soap a over the machines."
"Very clean laundry. Change and detergent machines available. Plenty parking and washer machines. Getting a dryer here is a real challenge. Users on the day I came didn’t show consideration for others. They get 4 and 5 dryers while everyone else wait on front of them in line. No social distancing while COVID. Pretty empty between 4:30 and 6:15."
