"Went in to have a crown re-cemented. They did that and that was easy. But they insisted on taking x-rays and then submitted my visit to insurance including a dental exam. Unbeknownst to me, this affected my year end actual exam/cleaning and is now costing me more money. I've had crowns pop out and put back in without x-rays and exams. The crown was in perfect condition... so I expected the same. Just know that that they will do what they can for more insurance money."

"I was very disappointed in my dentist's (TODD HAUCK in Culver City) attitude toward my being anxious about the shots for my root canal. The numbing had already taken place. I was not nervous about the procedure itself, but Dr. decided that he would not continue the procedure because I was anxious. Dr. Also said that he was not qualified to do a root canal, so why did he start the procedure , only to not finish it!? I am very upset and WILL NOT come back to see this doctor. EVER! Over the years that I have known this doctor he has shown instances of becoming very upset if you ask him any questions. I will NEVER refer him to anyone else."

They also educated me more than any other dentist ever has during an appointment, and were much more thorough than any dentist before. Amazing!"
