"Took a little while to be waited on... kiosk wasn't working so had to wait at counter ... I just got coffee this time, bit eat here on occasion. Always clean, service is OK, food etc as expected for fast food. They seem under staffed so I understand wait."
"Got there a little after noon on Friday. We were the 3 customer inside. I ordered a Big Mac meal, wife ordered a Fillet of Fish sandwich only. Mine was great except the fries were a little on the Luke warm side. Wife's fish was not good, cold, smelled like fish and had a funny taste."
"I've been coming to this location every other day for 4 months since I moved to the area because I love McDonald's food. However, every time I come here I have a poor experience at the drive through windows. Most of the people who work here are really poor with customer service and always seem to have an attitude. Asking them for something as simple as ketchup or additional condiments makes them treat you as if you're inconveniencing them. I understand that in fast food there is probably a standard of time for them to get their customers in and out of the drive through, but a simple smile or a thank you seems like it should be apart of a customer's experience. I feel like it is critical that the manager here focus their efforts on training their staff to change the customer perception."
"FOOD TAMPERING.....I came thru the drive thru at around 345pm post on December 4 2021. Ordered a Mc rib combo. I parked in the lot to eat. I took a bite and the food tasted rancid/sour. The sandwich was upside-down in the box. I turned it over and the top bun was molded. See photos. I went inside to see the manager and some employees were saying, "What did he do now?" I guess he was giving customers molded food now for drive thru orders. I think my order number was 116. Paid with credit card."
