"Please don’t fall into the same trap! I feel compelled to share my recent experience at the practice in hopes of sparing others from the frustration and disappointment I encountered. Upon seeking treatment for a dental issue, I was met with promises of exceptional care and solutions to alleviate my concerns. Almost overpowering, with their owner(partner? Somewhat dominating figure). However, what followed was a series of mishaps and negligence that left me physically and emotionally distressed. Despite paying a significant sum of $4,275.00 for their services, I found myself facing recurring problems with the dental work provided, moreover, one of their crown cracked and fell out during my family vacation time, ruining it and costing me a fortune on premature return with my daughter. (Despite my prior complaints to address their discomfort with their crown, nothing had been done and the crown fell out within 7 months of installation). From faulty crowns to dismissive attitudes when raising concerns, the experience was nothing short of disheartening. They refused to refund any money, or fix it. But they did suggest to pay them extra $3000!!! To do another Dental work at their practice???? All this during I told the owner to lower her voice, a few times, during her stance of that they did nothing wrong and I simply should have not been chewing on those teeth The lack of accountability and refusal to rectify their mistakes only added insult to injury. Not only did I endure physical discomfort and embarrassment when a crown unexpectedly fell out during a family dinner, but I also had to incur additional expenses seeking emergency treatment while on vacation. It pains me to warn others against entrusting their dental care to their practice. The standard of care and professionalism I expected were sorely lacking, leading to unnecessary pain and financial burden. In sharing my story, I hope to prevent others from making the same mistake. Seek dental care elsewhere, where your concerns are heard, and your well-being is truly valued."

"Had a wonderful experience here with the othro team!! Very knowledgeable and charismatic team! Very friendly and amicable setting. I remember that first day I came in not wanting braces, but they reminded me throughout the process that it was best for my bite and jaw to have the braces and wearing the rubber bands everyday! At the end it was nice to that they celebrated the work we both did as a patient and provider. Going to miss seeing them every month. Thank you for everything."
