"horrible place! My appointment was at 11.30, showed up at 11.10 thinking if i get there earlier they might be able to get me in quicker.... boy was i wrong. first off the waiting room is disgusting and if you were to get covid, this would be the spot. not only that i waited for over an hour and left because no way im sitting there for another hour before they will see me. Why even set up appointments if patients still need to wait 2 hours or more to see anyone? not coming back, changing my dental clinic immediately."

"Don't ever go there nobody they pull your teeth instead of filling it. They say that they cant fill no backs teeth only fronts. They want to send u to a Specialist instead. They schedule u appointment when time come they don't call u. U called them the have excuses for the mistakes they made. Don't apologize for it. I'm done with them they will never see me again. Go there at your own risk. David is very rude and disrespectful don't know how to talk to the people. Everybody please go somewhere else because you will not be specific there."

"cons: very hard to schedule an appointment because my schedule doesn't allow it (that is a personal problem though) pros: everyone is very nice and helpful. I hadn't been to a dentist in years! but they made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and it felt like I was actually being heard. Doctor doesn't rush (wait time may increase do to this, but worth it! book an earlier appt if this is your concern). My mom is also terrified but had her wisdom teeth removed here and shares the same positive attitude towards the dentist. This is the kind of office we need more of."

"I went in Thursday for a wisdom tooth extraction because of the pain . Only to leave with 2x more the pain . Before we started the procedure I told Dr. Sung if he wasn’t capable of doing the procedure to let it be. He told me he was confident in being able to extract it . Turns out he only cut half of my wisdom tooth and let the other half inside me . The staff was able to get me an appointment until Monday to see a oral surgeon. Later that day I was in so much pain even with the prescribed medication. That same day I found a dentistry to perform the surgery the next day . Thanks to Dr. Sung my recovery is going to be a bit longer according to my oral surgeon due to the trauma he caused when attempting to pull the tooth . I don’t recommend them at all"

"Visit this clinic as another for emergency, because eating shrimp, a part was embedded between the gum and the cheek ... but the doctor became deaf to what she explained and her conclusion here was not to extract a tooth but she did refer me with a specialist to treat the nerve and then treat the tooth. So that's the inflammation. I wasn't going to allow that if I knew it was inside after almost three months I decided to cut the area and remove the piece of shrimp. I don't recommend this clinic they don't listen to what you explain to them. Stop seeing patients as a business we are humans in need of a good service"
