"I don’t go to the mall very often. First time I’ve been into Buckle. Friday afternoon, fairly busy. A salesgirl named Kaitlin helped me. She found just the right style of jeans I was looking for. Got the sizes, so I didn’t have to search. Set my selection of tops & pants aside while I continued to look. She also told me that they offer free hemming on any of their jeans!!! That’s excellent news!!"

"I love this store shop here often. Today there was new faces . One woman named Jessica ( key holder ) made my shopping experience awful.. I was looking for help on sales floor and she was busy talking to a guy . Totally ignored customers . She had the worst customer service . It’s too bad when great company’s hire people with no customer service skills .. Don’t think I’ll shop here again !"

"The current staff members are not helpful at all. I’ve purchased many items in the past from staff that were PRESENT! Buckle is pretty pricey, but their clothing and staff interaction speaks for itself. Management, please bring the helpful and energetic personalities back before losing customers in the community."

"I love Buckles style. They have clothes for any age and most sizes go up to an XL (14-16??). Prices aren't too bad either. They also have some cute booties and cowboy boots that are fun and full of personality."
