"Package was delivered after hours. And when I emailed customer service the next morning, to confirm if package was going to be re-delivered. ROSE, emailed me back right away assuring me that my package will be getting re-delivered later that day before 3pm. And....it was delivered @ 1:46pm like she said, and package was in good condition. Thank you! Rose for the WONDERFUL customer service. :) SIDE BAR...maybe you should teach a training class in customer service. ;) so other people can have the GREAT experience that I had."

"I had ordered from Tillys, the delivery was through this company I had never heard of before, so I was skeptical. My delivery was estimated 11/29 but didn’t show. I waited over a week and refreshed the tracking page to a “delivered” update. It was never delivered. I contacted them and they said on their end “it was a compacted order” and stated “they had no photo proof of delivery for unknown reasons” but it was delivered. Now I’m in a back and forth with Tillys and my bank. Never use this service. From all these reviews, I’m not surprised my package was never delivered."

"Missing your Nespresso coffee delivery? It's probably due to Deliver-IT! Our office Nespresso deliveries were always delivered sloppily - carriers never use the intercom to reach our office even though we're right inside a few steps away. They just left the box sitting on the ground outside our building on a public sidewalk in a Downtown area. Just today I also found our neighbor's Nespresso delivery delivered to the wrong address. We manage the property and even made a custom sign to advise carriers not to leave packages for the neighbors here. Surprise, surprise! It had to be delivered by the same vendor. Their delivery photo shows them leaving the box right under the intercom with a sign stating to CHECK THE ADDRESS! Absolutely useless and sloppy delivery (again) and it's not even my package... Solution for Nespresso customers - complain to Nespresso and insist they use a different last-mile delivery vendor. We haven't had any issues after they changed the delivery carrier from Deliver-IT."

"This company consistently fails to deliver. I live in an apartment and I have a package that needs to be signed at delivery. I realize this can be a challenge in other companies as well but they have failed 3 times so far. I even waited in my apartment lobby for most of the day AND left a sign on the window with my phone number and a message addressed to Deliver-It and a statement that I was home. No call, no notice of missed attempt. Just another failure."

"Their website could use some updating and the tracking could also be improved as it has poor updates and does not show if the package will be delayed. My package was delivered the morning after the original quoted date but with no notice. Just glad my package arrived still in a timely manner."
