"After not having been to a Dentist in over a decade, I recently was fortunate to receive dental care at the WFHC. Dr. B the Dentist is skillful, thorough, gentle, & compassionate. Toya is a great Dental Assistant & is thoughtful & caring. Cynthia the Dental Assistant is supportive & encouraging. These 3 women are a miracle of kindness, & I feel blessed to be their patient."

"It’s sad to have to write this. I’ve coming to the clinic for 15 years or more. I’ve changed facilities with them twice. I’m newly pregnant and the pregnancy/prenatal staff isn’t at all what I thought it would be. They’re impatient, rude, disconnected, and insensitive. They have no urgency and like reading other reviews don’t take accountability for the mistakes they make. After calling because of possible complication's and needing them to coordinate with my insurance they weren’t helpful and seemed annoyed I was even asking for help. This is sad especially being in this department. Women will have questions and concerns with their changing bodies and the nurse and especially the coordinator just were rude about helping. Mid sentence I was hung up on. I will say there’s one nurse that’s amazing on this staff but that’s about it from my visit. I’m happy I’ll be changing doctors. Now the dental department amazing. The regular day to day(primary) doctor great. Prenatal needs to have more compassion and care with women they’re handling. I mean most are having their first child and are going to have concerns. This is more disappointing because they’re all women."

"Dr. B and her dental assistants, Toya & Cynthia are the BEST. They’ve treated me throughout my pregnancy and postpartum and it has been my favorite dental experience in my whole life. The thoughtfulness, consideration, professionalism and care I’ve received from WFHC dentistry is unmatched. Whether it was a simple cleaning and polishing or going over my baby’s oral hygiene, Dr. B has been amazing. I usually dread going to the dentist but it hasn’t been the case here thus far."

"I started going to this clinic in 2006 when they were located in Santa Monica. They have very rude nurse practitioners. The staff is very rude as well. They schedule you a phone appointment but the nurse practitioner does not take the time to look at your medical records prior to your appointment. I wanted a referral for my migraine headache to see the neurologist. Carmen asked me how often do you have migraine headaches. I said I’ve been having chronic migraine headaches since the beginning of this month non stop. She continues to ask the same questions so I provided the same answers and she rudely hung up in my face. I should have known to switch from them back in the summer when my miscarriage was handled poorly. This place is a joke and does not care about their patients."
