The O'Connor Kennedy Academy of Irish Dance, located at 23352 Peralta Drive in Laguna Hills, California, is a renowned institution offering top-quality Irish dance instruction for students of all ages and levels. The academy was founded in 2003 as a result of a merger between the Butler-Fearon School of Canada and California, and the O’Connor-Kennedy School in California, quickly establishing itself as a premier school in the Western US, Eastern Canada, and internationally. After the retirement of two of the directors, Rose Fearon and Vincent O'Connor, in July 2021, Kate O'Connor, ADCRG, along with her son Sean Kennedy, TCRG, decided to continue the legacy of the school. The school was reintroduced and returned to its original family name of O'Connor Kennedy Academy, offering classes at multiple locations in Southern California and a San Francisco location in Northern California.
