"This place is closed! Shut down for good. In fact, it's for lease if you're interested. Give them a call. Rather large, former bank-style edifice in downtown Santa Rosa, adjacent to the center square area in the middle of town. It is called Old Courthouse Square if you're curious. You're gonna love opening a new business here. Or perhaps this is an established business, and you're just changing locations. That's a great idea as well. Believe me, people do it all the time. And if your business happens to be a bank, then you might have to do very little remodeling and retrofitting in order to make it your own. That will save some serious bucks in the long run. Reminds me of something I was thinking about the other day. So there's chicken-fried steak, but there's not steak-fried chicken. I've never understood things like that. Seems arbitrary and capricious."
