"If i can put zero star i would not hesitate, we went to the clinic at 4:00 pm as emergency visit to my 9 years old son who is a regular patient to this location and he is very sick, the front desk girl said sorry we can not see him because the provider almost finished their day and i told her my son is sick i just need any Dr to see him for 5 minutes she refused and said the nurse will see him , i said ok nurse is fine and nurse cane and told us no provider now and by the way there were kids patients outside, so she told us to go to the sutter urgent care , i am working in medical field if we have 20 scheduled patients and at any moments we have emergency patient we have to see the patient but in this place they even do not bother, i will call the human resources of the place to ask about the policy of seeing emergency patient especially kid."

"12/29 I went back today to get my lab work done I tried to do 3 days ago. The website says the facility is open until 6pm. I get there at 5:15pm. The young man tells me the lab closes at 5pm. "Are you kidding me?" Again, nowhere on the website does it state that the lab closes at 5pm vice 6pm like the doctor offices. One more star lost from me. /// 12/26 I have always been very pleased with West Roseville Sutter. I've yet to wait more than 15 min for the lab tech to call me back. It's clean and efficient. I've dropped 1 star today because the Internet and their voice recording both say they are open until 6pm today. I know it's the day after Christmas and the internet says hours may be effected. But nowhere does it just say it will be closed the day after Christmas. Not even on the door. That is not efficient and very frustrating. Learn how to modify your recording and put a sign up."

"Really annoying. Went in for a blood draw my Doctor ordered, they had no record, called the office, got the order, now a week later they still haven't sent it off. I just felt really sloppy and unorganized."

"OMG, this is the most mismanaged medical facility I have ever had the displeasure of using. They book patients months out, then they give your time to someone else and don’t notify you and then when you show up they say that you never had an appointment and ask you to reschedule. Do not reschedule as you’ll never receive treatment if you do. Doctors may be good, or not, but administration definitely seems out to lunch."

"Just called in and Teisa helped me and was very caring and empathetic in getting my situation straight for all my family to have a primary care doctor at this facility (we just bought a home in the area). She didn’t just transfer me (called inpatient care and I needed peds), she took the time to take my information and direct me to the right place and helped me with the information my insurance company would need. If the reception/appointment desk is this great, I can’t wait to get care from the doctors. I’m already impressed by their care and great service ! Someone please give Teisa a rise, she’s awesome.
