I called last week and ask if they would cover some property damage and the first thing the agent says " If you put in a claim on your property, you will lose your discount you get for not submitting a claim." Agent did not bother to first say - thank you for being a good customer for over 15 years or maybe let me see how I can get your property fixed. Horrible customer service ."
