"I am so relieved and happy to have found Flossophie Dental. I had a horrible experience with the last dental office I had been at for a couple of years. After finding this dentist/dental office via my dental insurance and reviewing the amazing reviews, I called for an appointment; I did not have to wait long for my initial consultation and cleaning. Immediately upon walking in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional dental hygienist. She quickly took X-rays and asked me questions regarding my past dental history. She thoroughly listened to my concerns and was genuinely sweet. Thank you, Trami! (I hope I spelled that correctly). The cleaning was pleasant enough. Dr. Esther was so professional and listened to my concerns. Everyone at Flossophie is professional and kind. The office is SO CLEAN and STERILE which is important to me as I love clean and sharp aesthetics. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center for the office and it is easy to find. I am so thrilled to have met this office staff and dentist. Thank you all for making me feel so welcome and comfortable."

"I recently visited Flossophie Dental + Ortho and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care I received. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff and office decor made me feel welcome and at ease. The waiting area was beautiful and I didn't have to wait long before being called back for my appointment. My dental hygienist was really friendly and professional, and she took the time to explain everything she was doing throughout the cleaning. Dr. Esther who examined me was equally knowledgeable and thorough, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. She also kindly polished off excess bonding, which I had from braces (a long time ago!) and I truly appreciated her attention to detail. Overall, I would highly recommend Flossophie to anyone in need of dental care! The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about their patients' oral health. I hope my review helps you make a clear decision on your next Dental Provider! :) I am a local resident here in Fullerton,CA and was living out of the country for some time. I have been back for a few years now and was looking for a dental office where I could call my home. My main focus was finding someone who was trust worthy and honest! I am a Registered and Certified Dental assistant myself and I take finding an A1 dentist my TOP PRIORITY. I've been to a handful of dental offices since Ive been back in Cali, and Ive even worked with a few corporate companies, but all of them have fallen short in more categories than one. Wether it be sterilization protocol, or unnecessary/ excessive charges to patients, they were all lacking in certain areas that are important to the proper function of the office. I just felt that I would never fully trust them and the providers that worked there. I was feeling at a loss and was coming up on my 6 month cleaning/ check up and happened to pass by Flossophie Dental while dining out at Matiki(Hawaiian next door). I made an appointment over the phone and Maria was such a big help with taking my info and helping me get my insurance in place. The process was smooth and I was treated with kindness the whole way through. As of now(7.12.20) she told me that they are having a DEAL, Free Exam & X-rays with dental cleaning for $79-. That is an AMAZING value since you will be getting 5 STAR Care! They also offer a Membership Plan for $299-/Year that includes 2 Exams, 2 Basic Cleanings, 1 Fluoride TX, Free X-rays, Free Take Home 'Venus' Whitening Kit, 20% off of all future dental TX, 1 Free Emergency Exam + X-rays, No Deductibles, No Preauthorization Requirements. Upon entering the office for my appointment they checked my temperature and asked me the COVID19 preauthorization questions and once I passed those I was given a peroxide based mouth rinse and instructed to rinse my mouth for 30-40 seconds. This is a great way to help fight the spread of COVID19 during this difficult time. After my mouth rinse I was greeted by the lovely RDA Maria who took my Full Mouth X-rays and talked with me about my concerns and addressed any questions I had before meeting Dr. Esther DMD. Once we were done with the X-rays she led me into the opt. room. Side bar, Dr. Esther & Dr. Bennet's office is so CUTE & MODERN! I just about went GAGA for all her cute interior decor designs and the greenery! And the barn door concept on all of the opt. rooms is absolutely PERFECT! I followed their Instagram story on the creation of their beautiful practice from the ground up & they truly put their heart & soul into this place. Honestly just by that fact alone, you just know they are going to do their best to help all of their patients to the BEST of their ability! NO QUESTION! While I waited for Dr. Esther, Maria put on my favorite Netflix show that I was watching. I felt very calm and comfortable. After about 5 min. Dr. Esther came in and introduced herself and we chatted a little about her beautiful office and her impressive educational background. We then got down to business and I unfortunately needed a filling on tooth #4. It was pretty close to the nerve so there was a high possibility that it would end up needing a Root Canal and Crown. Once we decided on a proper game plan for my lil tooth she moved on to the cleaning.This was the moment of truth for me. I checked the instruments throughly and they were very clean and sterile individually wrapped and everything had proper barriers in the opt. room. She started with the Ultrasonic machine to help break up any stubborn calculus build up and then she used her hand scaling instruments to remove the rest. After she was done scaling she prophy polished my teeth to remove any stain and then sent me on my way. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I would recommend this practice to all my friends and family! 5 STARS FOR SURE!"

"This dental office is absolutely amazing! Dr. Lee and Maria are extremely kind, patient and caring. Right when you walk in you already feel welcome. This is a new dental office so all their equipment are up to date, with a rustic modern touch in decor. When getting X-rays, Maria made the process quick and easy. My cleaning was done by dr. Lee herself and she was very particular to remove all the plaque. She also went over my X-rays, and showed me where all my problem areas were. I unfortunately had to get a couple fillings done, and I can honestly say that the care dr.lee put into her work and the comfort she provided me with made the experience less painful! I 100% recommend this dental office! I am so thankful I finally found an office that personally tries to get to know you and genuinely cares about your teeth!"
