"Both my 7 and 6 year old daughters go here 2-3 times a week and love it! They are usually very timid, but they warmed up to the coaches very quickly and look forward to attending classes. I would highly recommend Ares BJJ Brentwood to adults and children! They are very structured and organized, and are great instructors who actively fight and compete themselves. We enjoy it here and our girls love it!"
