"Bought a system from them about a year ago. Didn't drive the truck for a month and went to turn on nothing worked. Took it over there. Lost ground do to water. Took them 8 mins to fix. During that time he said time for an upgrade. I waited to answer to see what kind of customer service they have since first time back. He said you own me 75$. I chuckled and said let's do it. Could of made 2k plus on a upgrade. Haha my advice, Go elsewhere"
"I’ve been a customer of Advanced Car Stereo for a little over a year now. Last year they performed a lithium battery install, 10,000watt inverter on my RV, connected them to the solar panels on the roof, and installed an awesome stereo system with a subwoofer, new amplifier, speakers, and head unit. They dialed in all the exterior lights as well. I got the works and I was worried about the price, well it wasn’t expensive, it was less than the price I had budgeted so that was a plus. And here’s the really awesome part. One bank of batteries quit charging, and I was reluctant to take the RV back in and get hit with additional charges, we’ll they honored their work, and made the repairs at no cost. I’ll be going back to Advanced on all future electronics needs."
