"I noticed another review where Rosario C Gabe a one star review because John failed to submit her tax returns. I found that very strange that John failed to submit her tax returns. Every time we have gone to John, he submits our documentation digitally as we are sitting there. He’s done this for years now. The one instance he didn’t submit digitally was when I required additional documents and he had me email him a signed document. Again this was all on me and John has never failed to submit anything, so I will vouch for John in that regards. I feel perhaps it’s a phony review. Anyway, back to my review: We have been coming to John for several years now. By chance we found him and have not looked back since. He always devoted time and helps us with everything we have. He is extremely patient, easy going and never is condescending. A persons vibe and energy plays a big role and I have to say John has amazing energy. We always come in worried about our taxes and business documentation and end up leaving relieved. Pricing is very fair especially considering how John goes above and beyond for you. He gives great advice and we have never felt rushed or hurried. I admit I often go unprepared and John has always been patient with me and helped me throughout everything. I cannot day enough great things about John and his business. He also helped us open our first business and the process was seamless and very easy. I am glad we found John and we only hope the best in the future. Give him a try and you won’t look back!"

"Since you do not remember who I am, let me give you more details: You failed to submit my tax return to the IRS and caused me a fee of $1,700 which I am still paying on a monthly basis. When I called you about it you refused to take responsibility and finally you declined taking my calls. Do you remember my case now?"
