Our mission is to support young adults, aged 18-25, as they transition into adulthood, particularly those facing mental health challenges, emotional disturbances, and housing instability. We are dedicated to empowering individuals who are homeless, nearly homeless, or have aged out of the foster care system, helping them to fully integrate into the community. At Tay Academy, we offer a comprehensive Transition-age Youth (TAY) program that integrates essential aspects of life, including housing, work, education, community involvement, and wellness.
