"The workers are nice and helpful but the manager snapped at me about wanting my drink with lite ice and tried giving me a half full cup sucks cause I go there daily"
"I would avoid this store because they gave me a Venti cup with less than 1/4 of the volume filled with the drink. I asked for some ice, and it is still less than 1/3 of the volume. (The image shows what I received initially with added ice). The drink tastes extremely sweet. I went home, filled the remaining space with milk, and it tastes okay."
"Customer service was decent. The lady at the register was nice and helpful, I received my drink but was missing the cookie crumbles in it. I do understand that they were busy, so the time I received my drink was fair. The restroom was dirty and unsanitary. Overall, I would not come back to this location."
"The staff constantly trash talks customers on their headsets. Their opinion of guests is rarely flattering. Their franchise owner or general manager is at the store daily, yet the restroom facilities have been out of order. Sometimes when I'm here I forget who has an obligation toward a standard of behavior. The head honcho is at the root of this poor workplace culture. I wonder of they're in the business of serving staff rather than customers. I'll be waiting for my check, lol."
"Walked in and heard such an enthusiastic greeting, I had to look around to make sure it was for me. Extremely welcoming and the whe exchange just made my evening. Great staff every time, this particular one was 01APR at 1745hrs. The manager on duty was the MOST enthusiastic I've ever seen, and been a Starbucks customer since 1996. ***Update ** Visited again Sat 08APR, same wonderful greeting. Same great service. Wow."
