Creamery Row Townhomes is an 18-unit affordable housing project located in Creamery Row Alley, Arcata, California. This institution is specifically designed for low-income families, with income-level restrictions based on the county's Area Median Income (AMI). Tenants must have an income level at or below a certain percentage of AMI for their family size to be eligible to live at Creamery Row. This project was made possible through a collaborative effort involving Danco Communities, Community Revitalization & Development Corporation, Danco Builders, Department of Housing & Community Development - IIG Program, the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee, Raymond James Citi Bank, and the City of Arcata.
