"I like this apartment because it is close to my workplace and the staff and management are very nice and accomodative."
"I came from a third world country, but never seen living conditions like this in my life. I had never seen bedbugs until I moved into village pointe apartments. Also, the roach infestation OMG. Gross is an understatement. This place is filthy. I left as soon as my lease expired. Health services need to look into the living conditions in this place. It is horrible."
"Horrible Horrible This is the worst place I've lived in my life. Bugs everywhere no matter how clean your place is mold everywhere. Landlord excuse is moisture. I've never had to deal with mold ever in ma life. Let's not get started on the rats they don't tell you about.l"
"Roaches, roaches and more roaches. Maintainence blasted them all with spray paint and created white statues in our kitchen. Management never got anything fixed, trash dumpsters would overflow with garbage, there was a mildew problem, etc. The list can go on and on. Avoid this place even if you're desperate"
"This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life. We moved in and the thought the elevator worked and it did not. We were not able to move our furniture in for months. According to management that was okay. In the mean time we racked up over $500 in storage fees and slept on the floor. There was a roach in the sink and the garbage disposal did not work. Very loud young neighbors. Most of who do not work, most are on the County. Kids play at all hours of the night. Some tenants play music starting at 11pm until somewhere around 2am. You can always buy, smoke or sell some weed!!! Horrible place to rent unless you do not feel you are worthy of a better place to live."
