"I called to see about having one of my dogs neutered and the price was outrageous. Almost $800 for the neuter alone. That didn’t include his initial exam before the surgery. Luckily, I called Middletown animal hospital and was able to get him a sooner appointment and it turned out to be very affordable. The extreme prices that this vet clinic charge are a contributing factor as to why people don’t get their animals fixed!! Do better"

"If I could give them a million stars I would. My whole experience I had was amazing. I'm so grateful for them. .My own vet of 10 years wouldn't take my cat in. I called them and they were able to get her in the next day. They saved her life. The whole staff was friendly the vet was amazing and explained everything and was very helpful. Definitely making the switch to them after my experience. I don't have enough nice things to say. If you're looking for affordable fast efficient help they are it. Thank you guys again for saving Kitty's life"

"Hidden fees and undisclosed totals... Was quoted $350 for neutering procedure and preliminary checkup. My pet was given undisclosed and unwanted extra treatments during checkup. When my wife picked up the cat and prepaid the next visit, without discussing the extra fees, charged us $580 and told the extra was a deposit and would be refunded after the next procedure. After the final procedure, I was informed $40 would be refunded....So out of $641 we are getting $40 back when quoted $350. Quite a difference. Would not recommend!!! The review won't let me respond to your reply. This is a day later and I am waiting for your manager to call me. I contacted you before I posted this review! UPDATE AFTER SPEAKING WITH MANAGER! Apparently we are completely at fault for not knowing the necessary procedures that we aren't given a choice for but are not included in the quotes... RIP OFF!!!!"

"Very nice staff. I had my cat Dauby seen. They were very caring. They called me the next day asking how he was doing. I’ve never had vet call the next day or any time asking how my pet was doing. Highly recommend taking your pet to them."
