"It took several emails and phone calls to Cherin's before I was connected with a rep who actually did business with me. They were extremely professional and helped me find a new refrigerator (my goal) but never got back to me in a timely manner. The biggest reason why I'm marking this review as two stars is because of my poor experience with their contracted delivery/installation vendor (Apogee Delivery & Installation). They didn't set clear expectations with me, and didn't communicate clearly and effectively with me. And above all else, didn't own any of their shortcomings."

"Amazing experience! I worked with Bobby Brown and he was exceedingly helpful. I honestly did not expect to call and get every single appliance I wanted for my remodel, considering everything is usually out of stock, but they had it all! The prices were very competitive. He was able to provide great advice too on what we might want and what would work best. If you are worried about the level of service and delivery you might get from a big box store, then I definitely recommend Cherin's. Shop local! All in all stoked!"

"Called Dean on a Weds, told him how I bought a Maytag washer at Home Depot that had been back ordered for 3 months. Turns out Dean had the exact same washer in stock and he could deliver it the next day . I bought it from Dean, called Home Depot for a refund. Thanks Dean! Also their installer was very professional and did a great job."

"I had these guys install a dishwasher on a tight timeframe about a year ago and they did an excellent job. When my refrigerator went on the fritz I again called and they found me a replacement that they could have to me in two days. That is not even in the best part. When I was cleaning out my freezer to get ready for them a realized a vent had frozen over and once I melted that ice my old refrigerator worked fine. They were just as polite and courteous to me when I called to cancel the order as when I placed it. When we finally get our remodel through the planning department I expect one of the first calls I make will be to these guys to order my new appliances."

"I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from them a few years ago, and it was a good experience. I went back a couple weeks ago to replace my range - I had a $3,000 budget and pretty much knew what I wanted, and since my experience at Cherin's was so good a few years back, there was no need to go anywhere else. If only I could have gotten somebody to look up from their paperwork while they were seated at their desk and give me some sales assistance. I wandered around their very small showroom for 10 minutes without once being greeted or acknowledged. I left the store and dropped $2500 at Lowes about 35 minutes later."
