"The most expensive haircut I have ever paid for for the WORST experience. Despite telling the stylist multiple times that she was pulling my hair, she continued to tug. The most awkward part was paying for it at the end and being asked "Would you like to tip?" and feeling obliged to tip. I never leave reviews but I would not recommend going here. I paid nearly $100 to get my hair yanked over and over today. For that much money, I expected my wishes as a customer to be respected but it seemed like the stylist had her way of doing things that she prioritized over my experience."
