"Wasn't the best clinic but my biggest concern is this free trial for a shot they offered for my child. I did it and now i feel guilty, i wish i wouldn't have done it. My child is 8 now and she's fine but I'd like to know what the name of the shot was and if anyone else tried it. I just want to look into it. This was around 2015-2016."

"I just called to see if my son can be a potential patient for this new dr. LetiDr. The front or answering phone girl claimed to be the supervisor their via phone who ever she is. Denied to take my son even as a cash patient because his MEDICAL ID shows he has insurance under a care provider who already retired. Leticia also suggested that I was very welcome to call any other Dr. Leticia needs customer service knowledge on how to help potential patience. If it was not because of us the patients you would basically not have a job. Mark thank you for the information explained after I talked to the Mera Mera Leticia. Your explanation on how Medical works made sence and I will call back on Monday to see if I can take my son to be taken care of here at this clinic. Then I will change my stars and give a better feed back. Thank you"

"Office has moved. No longer on Firestone. It's on Florence now. Like the new office a lot more. Been seeing Dr Cruz since my baby was born in February 2017. She's a trip. Walks in. Does her check up, listens to what you have to say about your child and quickly comes up with their diagnosis and her solution. I like it. Quick and thourough. As all Doctors office, are they busy? Yes. Will be there be a wait, even with an appointment? Yes but most of the time it is not. They even have a daily hour (9-10) where you can be seen without an appointment. This is a longer wait but helps when something unexpected comes up like when your baby gets his first cold and cough."

"I'm a single parent of 4 children. The doctor does not see more than 2 children at a time with an adult. I made an appointment for all my 4 children and no one else could go with me to the Dr. visit. However Dr. Marilou was very rude with her staff and got to see only 3 of my children. She was rushing thought all my children. Dr. Marilou or her assistant failed to check my children ears on a fiscal exam. It's not my fault nor my children's you moved to a new locations and you are overwhelm you need to treat your employees with respect. They were more helpful than you specially a nurse by the name Letty. I do not feel like taking my children back to her anymore."
