"I used to come here but changed clinics because they take hours to attend you. One occasion they forgot me in the room for hours. Also I had a miscarriage and became Preggo right away after and the DR got very mad at me, she kept judging me So I walked away from this clinic."

"When i first changed to this clinic it was amazing. There customer service was really good. Then changes started, not only it is difficult to get an appointment, i get 20min early to my appointment only to be waiting for more than 1hr and still haven't been called. They hard to speak to someone on the phone, my daughter was seen Monday today is Thursday and she still hasn't gotten her medication. The reason i changed to here its because its convinient and close to home but im definitely looking for a new clinic. Im so disappointed with the customers service and lack of communication with patients."

"The ladies that work in the dentist department are nice, very professional ,and approachable to ask questions. But in the first floor the two ladies in front desk are Rude, with a bad a attitude, there in a bad mood, I feel intimidated, and afraid to ask questions. I sat down and I spoke to another person, that was waiting for her name to be call, and she said the ladies are always in a bad mood."
