"I really like this place. I was impressed with my new pcp, Jackie Anderson, NP-C who not only was kind and friendly but also intelligent with a decent sense of humor. And on top of this the office staff was kind and efficient and fast. Actually very kind. The nurse’s aid went beyond her regular job duties to bring in a fan for me because I was too hot. They appear to be very good at their jobs."

"Since Providence took over something horrible is going on here. A person would not go through or graduate from nursing school with such a cold and uncaring rapport with patients. Therefore, I can only conclude that the recent corporate changes are destroying staff. Wow. Way to go, Providence!! One star is a gift."

"Terrible front desk staff, especially Denise. She is SO rude. I heard her shouting across the room at an elderly lady who was hard of hearing and when she couldn’t hear her she rolled her eyes then shouted again trying to get her attention. I finally told Denise that i didn’t think the lady could hear her and that she should come closer to talk to her. Another time there was a line of elderly people on a different occasion trying to check out at the front desk but Denise was in the back checking out lipstick colors. On a different day, I was in there checking out and needed help with the patient portal and one the other ladies who is actually nice asked Denise for how to help me and Denise said “I don’t know “ and went about her business doing nothing. The phones were ringing and she would not answer the phone… And why don’t they ever answer the phone? At another appointment, I heard one of the employees who I think was the office manager talking about the doctors in a negative way. Then another day I was in one of the exam rooms waiting for the doctor and I heard a staff member shouting at… I’m guessing it was Cheryl… “Because I don’t want to Cheryl!” This place made me very uncomfortable. I told one of the doctors that I was concerned about the front desk and some of the employees, she told me to talk to the manager , which I did call her and never received a call back . So when I finally got a chance to talk to the office manager( the doctor made her call me ) and express my concerns, I really expected them to make improvements but still have not seen any changes. This is THE WORST medical office. Why would anyone continue to go here? And why are BAD people continuing to work here?"

"I’ve been seeing Cheryl Gibson since I was just a teen and she is amazing. All the medical staff are great. The only thing that irks me are the women working at the front desk. They come off as kind of rude. They are very short with you and not very friendly. I would switch to a different doctor’s office if my physician wasn’t so great."
