The Adamson House, a California Historical Landmark, overlooks the lagoon and Surfrider Beach, showcasing historical artifacts and decorative ceramic tile from Malibu Potteries. The adjacent Malibu Lagoon Museum provides a look into the area's history, from the Chumash tribe to the surfing era. Access to the museum and first floor of the house is available for disabled visitors. Guided educational programs and self-guided school group reservations are offered.
