The entrance is approximately 2 miles down on the left. Parking fee: $10 for regular-sized autos, $9 for seniors (62 ), $50 for buses (10-24 passengers), and $100 for larger buses (25 passengers).

Mateo, originally from Yugoslavia, arrived in the United States in 1882 and settled in San Jose in 1896, where he became a prominent figure in the fruit drying industry. The house was generously donated to the Museum by his grandson, Robert J. Bettencourt. Please note that the Pasetta House was unfortunately damaged by a fire in March 2023 and is currently closed for restoration.
