North Orange Continuing Education - Wilshire Center is a historic institution located in Fullerton, California. Established in 1890, it is the first red brick schoolhouse in the area and has been serving the community with educational programs ever since. The preservation of the Wilshire buildings in 2009 earned it recognition as a City of Fullerton local landmark.
