Hispanic community financial services in Elk Grove, California

Mil Mujeres is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2007 to address the growing need for bilingual legal services for the immigrant community in the United States, with a focus on assisting survivors of violent crimes, including domestic violence, sexual assault, and criminal assault. Over the past 16 years, we have helped over five thousand individuals with our legal services and over twenty thousand individuals with our information services nationwide. Located at 2378 Maritime Drive, Elk Grove, California, United States, our organization aims to empower the Hispanic community in the United States, especially those who lack immigration status and have experienced a violent situation. The book narrates six different stories, educating and informing about benefits and protection alternatives for this population. All proceeds from the sale of this book will be used to cover expenses for those who suffer in silence and lack the financial resources to apply for immigration benefits.
