"Jana’s classes were the only reason I purchased an unlimited membership at Club Pilates. My sentiment as a student isn’t unique, as her classes were always full and required advanced reservation. Recently, Jana was let go without any notice or communication from the studio. This lack of regard for customers is disappointing. Even the owner’s email response to my email lacked accountability and left me feeling undervalued as a member. The studio has a big opportunity to improve its management practices and communication moving forward."
