I found this Business and when I reached out they called within 12 hours and scheduled my visit for the next day. Dr. Vertucio and Jenn the technician were a breath of fresh air. Cats are very sensitive to energy and my cats did not even flinch when they came in the house. They spent time asking questions and once they easily managed to take hold of Ferrari, and put him inside a spare bathroom, I was beyond happy to hear bird chirping noises and music behind the door and fabulous pheromone spray smells. They did all to make him feel loved and cared for. And they tried to be attentive to my financial situation and only prescribe what was necessary. They even followed up to check in on my cat. Quick to pick up phone calls, easy booking, communication was clear, treated my pet well and presented estimates with explanation of each test needed to be ran. My baby does not do well at the vet’s office and after the exam and blood + swab collection, the estimate was explained to me while my pet just plays around. Dr V even offered to keep the sample for a few days, then have them send out if she is not doing better to help with costs.
