I like the fact that some of the original people are still there and they have always looked after our auto insurance , and then we added homeowners hazard insurance and I don’t have to do anything other than call Andy or Harry and they always look after me right away without delay. Harry ( & Andy) have always been patient explaining the differences between certain types of coverage and sometimes they actually send the e-sign documents while we are still on the phone to make sure everything is correct before signing. They are knowledgeable and helpful and always polite, courteous and patient with all of my questions. I look forward to the next 20 years with them !"
