"Good dentist but you get the feeling that it’s not a serious medical facility. Hygienists and receptionist scream laughing for so long and so loud - it’s uncomfortable and unprofessional. I couldn’t even think straight they were so loud. Receptionist acts like she’s doing you a favor when she calls on the phone. They could barely stop screwing around to check me out. Pretty sure this is my last visit. This place has good dentists but needs better training for support staff. It’s like a circus."

"I always have a fantastic experience at Beach City Dental. I’m someone who is usually anxious at the dentist, but the staff here has helped quell this with their friendliness, explanations of procedures, and detailed instructions and recommendations for hygiene at home. They have helped my teeth become much healthier & look better! Plus they are always responsive and flexible with scheduling by appt or for emergencies. Highly recommend! Plus I love the mostly female staff!!"

"Quality of care has always been top notch! Dr Black is an excellent dentist who strives to have a great rapport with her patients in addition to offering excellent care! It’s because of her I always return! Her entire staff is amazing but I’d like to give an extra shout out to Tracy and Angela! The positive energy that Tracy sends out coupled with her amazing smile helps relieve all the anxiety I normally feel coming into the dentist. Lol! I absolutely always leave feeling positive and energized because of her! Angela goes out of her way to work with you when it comes to billing! Very accommodating and always works hard to come up with the best payment options and does so with an amazing smile! Kudos to Dr Black for putting together not only an awesome admin team but a team of specialists who fit right in to her group, from the Periodontist to the Hygienist, all are top notch! "Beware and avoid!!! Really pushy and rude sales people. They will over charge the Insurance Company for normal treatments, and then the Insurance Company will come after you! I think it's fraud. You must fight them to fix the Insurance Company bill. Also they are really expensive now and want your Social Security Number... You should never give your Social Security Number out, except to the bank... I was a patient for over 7 years and recommend friends and family to go at one time. Now I have to apologize to my friends and family because of the fraudulent ways."
