White Memorial OB/GYN Medical

"I couldn't begin to describe how terrible this place is. They are so adamant about non important stuff like reminding you that you need a mask or you wont be let in, but not the fact that they would do a urine test before the doctor actually pokes through your arm for birth control. I saw their counseling person for a few times, more often not, because she was no where to be found. Never had a call to say your appointment is cancelled or anything. When I tried to get my records from them and move on to an actual therapist that knows what they are doing, they dragged me for 6 WEEKS!!!!!!! before they gave me my own medical records, after multiple calls a day and an office manager involved. The only good thing that came out of this place is actually the Dr., she was really sweet and knowledgeable but it's not enough for me to go back. I whole heartedly don't understand how a place like this can stay in business..."

"The receptionist is really unprofessional, ask you speak to her she starts to laugh as if she is taking us as a joke, as I explained why I was trying to set up an appointment she continues to ask me for what, I kept telling her for what and again had the nerve to ask why and then asked why I got pregnant like if it's her Mfkn business. At this rate the hospital is going to lose patients and money having that type of staff, I do not recommend"

"If I could do a 0⭐️I would!! This is the worst place to come for prenatal care you’ll be in here for hrs! And you will always have a different dr on every visit sorry they are not Doctors they are practitioners on day of delivery you won’t know who the hell is your delivery Dr! And you’ll have like 10persons in the delivery room all practitioners!! They were about to do a c-section when it was NOT needed baby was already crowning and ready to come out! They made me hold my baby in and his heart dropped to 60 that’s way way to low luckily they change staffs to morning shift and in 10 minutes later my baby was born! Please don’t risk your babies life whit this people AVOID this place and white memoria delivery hospital also full of practitioners!!"

"I haven't even been in for my first visit, I've only called in to make an appointment; and I'm already upset by the service. The woman who assisted me with making the appointment was extremely rude and had the audacity to lecture me and make me feel horribly. I explained to her twice that I had been having issues with my insurance when enrolling and then issues with my medical group when trying to obtain a referral. Instead of being empathetic and understanding, she was rude and thought it was her place to lecture me about what I should and should not have done. She doesn't know my entire situation or the headache that I've had to go through, it was not her place to speak on the situation. This facility seriously needs to put their staff through proper training and according to other reviews I'm not the only person to have this issue with the staff...so apparently there is little to no care about how the staff is treating patients."

"This my ob right now for my high risk pregnancy and I don't like how when I call the lady that picks for appointments stuff doesn't let me finish what I am saying and puts me to whatever she feels and has an attitude. Second I don't like that non of the nurses really don't call you when you the nurses line they 2 hours but don't only once they called me back since being with this group and the front office mangers never call you back. Third I don't like how I am feeling uncomfortable there, I had and appointment this one female doctor didn't let me see my babies on the screen had an attitude and didn't do my ob appointment just the scan when I was suppose to have both she put it down before I had the scan she is doing both but did not wrist place to be for an ob office after this pregnancy if I have any more kids definitely not going there. Wouldn't recommend it to nobody that's pregnant!!!!"
