"the admitting rep with glasses was very sweet and helpful. the doctor/nurses treated my symptoms as soon as I was brought back. all the staff were extremely professional and caring. For the bad reviews on here, It’s an er I don’t know what people expect it takes time and they also have to triage patients accordingly? they’re doing the best they can."

"If I could give negative stars I would, this is. The WORST hospital I have ever seen. I have been a nurse for 22 years, I would not work here, the level of care is horrible. They do not follow through with care once discharged , they send patients home without a plan of care, they don’t submit important referrals, even though they say they did. The doctors don’t communicate with family, or talk to each other for that matter. Case managers don’t return calls. My husband was in the hospital for 4 days and not once did the doctor physically see him or talk to him. The nurses are all very kind and they do what they can with what they have to work with. If you love your family, do not bring them to this hospital. Ever."

"My husband had there for 5 days had a bypass surgery and I had a very terrible experience at this hospital. The nurse name Kenny, when my husband in room 278 very rude to me and sarcastic. I see Pooh on his chair and nobody cares to clean up. Nurses busy talking and I call house supervisor she wants to talk me,she never came to talk to me. Nurse Kenny he is not belong to work this facilities. They take forever to discharge. We have list for medication and they don't prescribe, we're waiting for 4 hours be home. Dr. Franukhi sucks.Ryan the nurse he is very helpful to us waiting this doctor to return his calls to follow up to prescribe my husband medications. I hope he prescribed my husband medications and ready to get picked up at Walmart see"

"I was transported via ambulance to the ER after an accident. Joe was the greatest assessed me right away told me the test that would be ran and medicated me for the pain I was having. All of my test were done without prolonged waiting. The Nurse taking care of me was great although my family member complained about the nurses at the nurses station in the ER. My experience was great though."

"They take forever to get the discharge papers for patients, quality of service on 4 floor from the north wing sucks. Bed didn't work,remote control for TV disappeared, nurses didn't irrigate the catheter on my dad. Nurses weren't able to put a catheter a doctor had to put it on him. The catheter didn't work properly as it leaked staff and doctor refused to remove it saying he had to see his urologist at the office. The machines magically stopped working as he was scheduled for surgery but because of the machine not working he had to wait an extra day. Previously this type of things didn't happen but last time we bring Dad here. Doctor came at 12:30 to tell us he was going home it's 3:40 pm they put iv antibiotics could not this be done earlier. Hope and pray for the best if you have to come here."
