"My name is Nancy marks and I’ve been going to this cardiology place for over a year. The cardiologist that I was referred to to this office is Dr. go I went in because I told him I have a leaky valve murmur, heart high blood pressure very bad cough, and stenosis. They did all the extensive test that they possibly can do. I have a narrowed aorta valve and they said that I was perfectly fine that I’m getting enough blood flow that everything is good. Well I didn’t feel good. I kept calling the office for follow up, they keep telling me to call extension number eight for Dr. go assistant. I left several emergency messages on her phone and never got a call back. My husband asked them to take a CT scan because of the bad cough. The CT scan showed that I had nodules and they told me that it’s a chance that it’s lung cancer so I asked him to refer me to a lung specialist to this day. I never got a phone call or anything about the referral. I keep calling the office and I don’t get anywhere. I decided to go to Glendale adventurous hospital and see my old, Dr. Cardiologist,, who I known for many years went to him with these complaints and he did extensive tastic well he says this is Mark some very very worried about you because the aorta valve is very narrowed. You’re a 0.8 which means you need a valve replacement immediately expectancy of life with this problem is may be a year or two, so we need to work on it immediately , that’s what I need to tell you about Roseville cardiology and Dr. go if you want to live do not go there"

"I had 2 appts here and felt rushed each time. The health care professional there do not ask you how you are doing or if you have any concerns. They ask you if you need refill on your meds and then send you on your way. My second appt lasted less than 5 mins and I still had questions I didn't get to ask. They are rush rush and seem to be too busy with too many patients they can't handle. I will go somewhere else where I'm not treated like a number and rush out of the office."

"My mother liked Dr Ebenezer, but the practice moved her to a physicians assistant who was very condescending. Then when there was a confusion over necessary medication, we made multiple calls to the office, but no one would return our call (you have to leave a voicemail, they do not answer phones). So my mother is currently without medication she needs because the office will not communicate with us on the misunderstanding."
