"This is the second time at the drive up window I’m ask to give my name and date of birthdate and the team member couldn’t hear me. They asked me 3-5 times and said your car is loud. My car wasn’t even on. Then toasted my RX and change in the basket and said have a nice day as if I did something to make her made. Look CVS I’m sure asking this information and to yell it out loud is a HIPPA violation. Invest in different equipment process so the customer can either punch in their information."
