"Dr. Wheeler is a Stanford-trained family doctor who has always come across to me as very caring and knowledgeable. There is one low review here who seems to be “hung up” on the phone system. Yes, there is an automatic directory system like most every office these days...but the receptionists that pick up after that are fine."

"I'd give Dr Wheeler less than one if I could. They DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE, EVER. They keep you in an endless loop, "If this is an emergency, hang up and call 911." Or they have one recording on top of another, that say, "If you are a returning patient, press 1." This is absurd! Doctors ARE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and Dr. Wheeler HAD NO CS AT ALL!!!"
